Furthermore, drivers have access to an easy-to-use issue reporting tool, allowing them to quickly file problems they may encounter during the delivery process, such as delays, damaged packages, or incorrect addresses, with just a few taps.
On the administrator side, TMS provides a powerful, real-time tracking feature that displays each driver’s current location and route on a live map, granting admins an overview of all ongoing deliveries.
